Please check the details at the time of application for the wrong product, and at the time of arrival for the defective product.
If there is a product/quantity error, damage, or defective product due to our mishandling, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives and send the product to us by cash on delivery. We will process the product exchange or refund as soon as possible.
* However, if even one of the following items applies, it will not be returned or refunded.
- If you do not contact us in advance
- Products that have passed 8 days or more after the arrival of the product
