誰もが楽しめる、新しい日本の寿司
SUSHI ROLL SHOP by MOON and BACKは、京都・錦市場の入口近くにある、テイクアウトを中心としたロール寿司専門店です。
カリフォルニアロールやサーモンアボカドロールをはじめ、生魚を使用しないクックドツナ、照り焼きチキン、国産和牛すき焼き、ヴィーガン対応のロール寿司などを、一つずつ自由に選んでお楽しみいただけます。
ロール寿司はすべてグルテンフリー対応としてご案内しており、醤油と照り焼きソースにもグルテンフリー醤油を使用しています。ヴィーガン、生魚を食べない方、肉料理を楽しみたい方など、異なる食事スタイルのお客様が一緒に日本の寿司を楽しめるお店です。
英語メニューと英語対応スタッフをご用意しており、錦市場での観光や買い物の途中にも気軽にお立ち寄りいただけます。
A New Japanese Sushi Experience for Everyone
SUSHI ROLL SHOP by MOON and BACK is a sushi-roll shop located near the entrance of Kyoto’s Nishiki Market, with a focus on convenient takeaway dining.
Guests can mix and match individual pieces from a varied selection, including California Rolls, Salmon Avocado Rolls, Cooked Tuna Rolls, Teriyaki Chicken Rolls, Japanese Wagyu Sukiyaki Rolls and plant-based vegan rolls.
All sushi rolls are listed as gluten-free, and our soy sauce and teriyaki sauce are made using gluten-free soy sauce. Whether you are vegan, prefer cooked ingredients, avoid raw fish or want to enjoy Japanese Wagyu, guests with different dietary preferences can experience Japanese sushi together.
English menus and English-speaking staff are available, making the shop an easy and welcoming stop while sightseeing or shopping at Nishiki Market.

We are not an exclusively vegan or gluten-free shop. Fish, shellfish, eggs, dairy products, soy, sesame and other ingredients are handled in a shared kitchen using shared utensils, preparation areas and storage spaces.
